By accessing or using the services provided by Concierge Nutrition LLC, the practive of a registered dietitian licensed in the State of Florida, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide nutritional counseling, dietary guidance, meal planning, and related educational services. Our services are designed to support your health and wellness goals through evidence-based nutrition practices.

 

Services Include:

  • Individual nutrition consultations

  • Meal planning and dietary recommendations

  • Nutritional education and counseling

  • Follow-up support and monitoring

3. Professional Qualifications

​​

Rebecca Landerman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionust (RDN) licensed to practice in the State of Florida (License #ND10841). All services are provided in accordance with Florida state regulations and the standards of practice established by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

​​

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Follow through with agreed-upon recommendations

  • Inform us of any changes in your health status or medications

  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations

  • Pay for services as outlined in our fee schedule

​​

5. Scope of Practice and Limitations

​

Please understand that:

​

  • Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment

  • We do not prescribe medications or provide medical care

  • You should consult with your physician before making significant dietary changes

  • Our recommendations are based on current nutrition science and your individual needs

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed

6. Medical Disclaimer

Nutrition counseling services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, food allergies, or are taking medications.

 

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:

  • Severe allergic reactions

  • Significant changes in health status

  • Emergency medical situations

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

​​

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Your personal health information will only be shared with your written consent or as required by law.

8. Payment Terms

​​

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless a reservation fee or other arrangements have been made

  • Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

Refunds:

​​

  • Refunds for services not yet rendered may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Completed services are non-refundable

10. Limitation of Liability

​

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination of Services

​

Either party may terminate the professional relationship at any time. Upon termination:

 

  • Outstanding fees remain due

  • We will provide a summary of services rendered upon request

  • Referrals to other qualified professionals may be provided

12. Compliance with Florida Law

​​

These terms are governed by Florida state law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Communication and Technology

​

If we use technology platforms for consultations:

​

  • You consent to the use of secure communication platforms

  • Technical issues may occasionally interrupt services

  • We are not responsible for technology failures beyond our control

​​

14. Updates to Terms

​​

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
