About Us

Rebecca Dreyfus-Landerman, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist with experience in hospitals, clinics, and community settings. She has seen how food can be a source of strength but also a challenge for people facing health conditions or the stresses of everyday life.

Her work focuses on two main areas:

Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, and more. She develops nutrition plans that fit into real lives, not just clinical guidelines.

Intuitive Eating & Relationship with Food to help clients break free from dieting cycles, heal a strained relationship with food, and discover how to eat without guilt.

At the core of her approach is a desire to help people shift their perspective so that food feels less like a source of pressure and more like a way to connect with others, find balance, and feel comfortable in their own bodies. What distinguishes her work is the way she blends strong clinical training with genuine empathy, drawing both from her own life and from the many individuals she has supported. She recognizes that life is not perfect and neither are eating habits, but she believes that small, realistic changes can add up to meaningful progress.

Beyond her one-on-one work, Rebecca shares her knowledge as a speaker and educator. She has led discussions in retirement homes and community centers on topics like healthy aging and practical meal planning, and she has served as a keynote speaker at hospital events where she emphasized the human side of nutrition.
